All hardware and software infrastructures Stellar is made up with, with the exception of data centres, are a property of CoreTech exclusively.
CoreTech is accountable for the infrastructural management of the Stellar cloud product, while Partners are accountable for the IT and applicative management of Stellar cloud servers.
